Love the amount of debris our Polaris collects, just wish the cord wouldn’t tangle so much; and not sure if it’s how our pool is designed but the wall cleaning feature could be improved.

Here are some suggestions to improve the cord tangling issue: 1) Remove the cleaner from the pool and lay the cable across the pool deck to relieve coiled memory. 2) Allow the cleaner cable to enter the pool at the center of the length of the pool 3) Only use enough cable to reach the farthest point from the cable entry location 4) Gently toss the necessary cable across the pool water for even distribution instead of dropping the cable in a lump in one spot. So far it's been great. Have had no issues and it seems to do a really good job.

Quite expensive. But seems to be much easier & quicker to set up & put away vs our old cleaner that connected via our pool line & dumped all the debris through the filter. I like the very fine collection basket that catches very fine debris, seems to clean the pool better. Also, easy to clean the basket. I had borrowed another cleaner from our neighbor, but they had the collection bag. It might have held more, but all the debris got stuck inside the bag & was very had to get clean.
