This is my second Polaris pool vacuum. My first one lasted 9 1/2 years without any issues. This new unit is working equally well with one exception. The lift function doesn’t seem to be working very well. I know you aren’t supposed to use the cord to retrieve the unit, however it has been our only option to retrieve (very gently) the vacuum. Otherwise, we have been very pleased with this product.

Very happy with the product and had to message the tech line to register the robot. The person was of great assistance and fast response.
Service under warranty was terrific! On phone support was great. I was referred to Walpole but they seemed to be indifferent about doing the repairs with no reasonable promises. The shop manager did refer me to the Attleboro MA store . The young lady technician called me in a couple of days to tell me it was all repaired! Great outcome.

Polaris pool robot is amazing! Very user friendly and does a great job in cleasing the pool. Has 2 settings fir floor or sides and both. Very energy efficient. Wished I had purchas3d it sooner to make Mt life easy.
