The 9550 was a much much better unit. I wish you were still making that model. This one is ok but I only give it a 3.5 stars.

Amazing piece of technology, it performs perfectly, it cleans the pool walls and floor spotlessly and picks up the smallest pieces.. it has made things so much easier for us to have a clean and beautiful sparkling pool.

My old Polaris purchased in 2017 had error code 10. Something electrical. I decided not to try to gave it repaired after 9 summers use and bought a new one instead

I love the Polaris 9450. However, this is my second one. The cord went on the first one and after all the research I did, it seems to be a common issue. We were always very gentle with the cord, never abusing it, storing it inside over the winter, and still it became faulty. The first one lasted 5 years and apparently this is as long a life that one can expect. For the price, I think it should last longer.
