I have had many Kreepy Krawleys which worked however did not get some parts of the pool. The parts were constantly wearing out. I then purchased a Zodiac MX8 which worked much better than the Kreepy Krawley and it continued to work well for 10 years when it wore out. I purchased another Zodiac MX8 however the tolerances were so tight that it jammed very easily from minor items in the pool. As a result, I needed something more efficient. Love the ease of operation and some cleaning of the filter basket. Only complaint is that it does not clean the space where the wall meets the floor at a 90 degree angle, especially when in floor and wall mode at the same time.
