Great and efficient
Very happy with the product and had to message the tech line to register the robot. The person was of great assistance and fast response.
Service under warranty was terrific! On phone support was great. I was referred to Walpole but they seemed to be indifferent about doing the repairs with no reasonable promises. The shop manager did refer me to the Attleboro MA store . The young lady technician called me in a couple of days to tell me it was all repaired! Great outcome.

Polaris pool robot is amazing! Very user friendly and does a great job in cleasing the pool. Has 2 settings fir floor or sides and both. Very energy efficient. Wished I had purchas3d it sooner to make Mt life easy.
I had the cleaner for 2 months and the motor on it broke. So the product itself I’m a little Leary of, although it did clean well before the motor went. What was really good was the service I received to fix it quickly and efficiently, and they replaced the motor. I just got it back and for the last week it has been good …. Hoping it was a lemon and it was just a one off that the motor blew.
