Had a Polaris pool cleaner for 8-10 years. Replaced parts on it. Leslie's had all the parts needed in stock! Unfortunately some relatives who were staying with us went to the beach and when they came back jumped in the pool to "clean off". The pool cleaner sucked up the beach sand and the finer sand lodged in all the bearing and scratched the runs. Sooo after manually cleaning the sand out of the pool, we purchased a new unit. Love the fact that the unit does the pool walls as well as the floor.

Cleans our pool efficiently and even climbs the walls and cleans the waters edge, we have already told our friends and after watching it in action in our pool the have purchased as well!
