I love this thing. I wish I’d bought it sooner. It just zooms along cleaning my pool while I’m off doing anything else. Easy to set up out of the box. I love the sectional hose it comes with. It’s amazing how this little guy just moves around getting itself unstuck, up and down walls. It’s not able to get my steps real well, but they are fairly narrow. It sure likes to try. I’ve always struggled to find a pool cleaner that works. After trying numerous brands and models over the years—most of which left my pool only partially cleaned—I had pretty much given up hope. That all changed when I tried the Polaris. It's amazing. It cleans so thoroughly and efficiently that I now realize what a spotless pool is supposed to look like. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I had trouble submitting for the rebate by scanning the square code. Once I finished all the info they wanted I could not get it to send. Once I talked to a live person on the phone, she emailed my the form. I filled it out and sent it to them. Hopefully that works and I get the rebate. The lady I talked to on the phone was amazing.
