This cleaner is fantastic! My old cleaner would get hung up on the concrete stairs wasting a lot of cleaning time. The tracks on this cleaner tackles the stairs with no problem at all. Great product.

I do not know why does not climb the wall at all times. Other than that is great.

Dispose of debris and thoroughly clean the filter canister with mild soap and a soft brush. If this doesn’t help, your walls may be too slippery. Great cleaner, only negative is it doesn't do that great on bottom edges and corners.
