Polaris EPIC 8642 iQ robotic cleaner
The Polaris is very different from the 280. Being that I am seventy nine. The new Polaris is heavy to pull from pool. Other from this the only comment I have received is are we going to go in the pool with electricity? Hopefully persons who come and swim will feel safe.

Love my polaris. Only downside is the size of the basket is small and trouble using the app at times...it doesn't always connect.

I've been using my robot pool cleaner for about a month now and I have to say it's a wonderful tool! It cleans the sides and bottom of the pool - even up the steps! The basket is easy to clean at the end of the cycle. While it does skip spots, overall at the end of a cycle, the pool is 95% perfect, and I can brush the small areas that aren't clean. Very happy with the product!
