Was expecting it to do the walls better

Hi Nancy, Thank you for your feedback! We have a couple tips that can help your robot with climbing the pool walls. Check if: 1. The filter canister is full or dirty. Clean the filter canister, see "Cleaning the Filter Canister" in manual. 2. Sides of pool are slippery or slimy. Although the water seems clear, microscopic algae, invisible to the human eye, are present in the pool. As a result the pool sides become slippery and prevent the cleaner from climbing. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Polaris Freedom Pool Cleaner! It does a fantastic job. I just drop it in and it does the rest. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for an automatic.

It does the job without getting tangled. Easy to use. It is about as perfect as pool vacuums come. Well worth the money. So far, so good.

Easy to connect to home Wi-Fi, but not sure of how that adds any value. You still have to use the Start button on the machine; hitting the Start button in the app does nothing to prepare either the vacuum or the app's timer. Once started, however, it does a great job on the bottom and side of our pool. Basket is easy to empty, and the included tool works great at pulling it out when done. I recommend you reverse the charging stand so that the electrical connections are at the top of the slant (not at the bottom). This wou... read more
