Have only had it a few weeks but so far.i love it. Everything has been going great. I will have to see what time will bring.

We bought the Freedom Polaris 6 weeks ago. Overall very satisfied. The only thing I would have you change is the charging time. I wish it would run for 4 hrs and charge for 2hrs. Other than that it is an excellent vacuum.

We're LOVING our new Polaris FREEDOM pool cleaning robot! It does a fantastic job and picks up even the smallest specs of debris in the pool. One of the most important things to us is that it is NOT tethered to a corded power supply. He lives in garage on his charger when not in use. This unit replaced a Pentair Prowler 920 which had to be serviced way too many times in the first two years we owned it. Hoping the FREEDOM will last much longer.

I absolutely love the Polaris Freedom. So easy to operate and clean. It does a great job on the pool floor and walls. Couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Cleans the pool very well. The issue is I have had it for 3 weeks and used 3 times. Went to use the 4th time and an error message came up that the battery needs replacing. Know I have to take it back where I purchased it to have it looked at.

The Polaris Freedom is great! I love how easy it is to use and it does a fantastic job of cleaning the pool. It even cleaned up sand that had been in the bottom of the pool. I read that nothing would clean sand but my Polaris did. It has made my pool look great and my life so much easier.
