This product is very easy to clean and seems to do a pretty good job thus far. Sometimes it’s tough to retrieve through the narrow handle when in the deep end with the hook. Overall, nice cleaner.

This machine is making my pool a happier place! It can be set to crawl only the bottom or sides too. The biggest challenge is drying it fully when I take it out of the pool -- so the contacts don't suffer from chlorine and salt in the air. If they could make it easier to dry it or to protect the contacts that would make it 100%. I strongly recommend.

I am so happy with the Polaris vacuum! I’ve had other types in the past with only fair results . This vac does a wonderful job and has cleaned up things the other ones didn’t touch.

Love it. Does a great job cleaning out pool. Only negative comment is it is too wide to clean steps

Did a lot of research on pool vacuums. Glad we went with this one. Does a great job. Wasn’t sure how it would do on steps but after a couple of uses it made it to the top step. If you leave the app open you can see the remaining time. Wifi does not work under water but the app notifies you when complete.
