Great robot. Had a firmware update issue the customer service took care of quickly and professionally. Robot charges in 4 hours or less, cleans the pool effectively. Very pleased with the wireless system.
Nice machine and works well. The plastic cover over the filter doesn’t always fit well. It feels like it will break and I hope you will replace it if that happens.
I liked the rebate. The vac works well in cleaning my pool. I like the way it comes to the surface when cleaning is finished.

In 30 years of owning or 40,000 gallon pool, this is the cleanest it has ever been. This Cleaner works 100x better that the old "Water Driven" Polaris280/380.

I do not care for the fact that the cleaner is heavy, has to be taken out of pool,does not connect well to internet. Not super happy with cleaner. Would rather fave the Polaris back that is not a robot.

The Polaris Freedom works great in my pool. The APP for it is useless, you download it and all it is, is just a white page with a blue dot.

I have had my Polaris Freedom less than a month. I am happy with the way it cleans our swimming pool. I donot have many leaves to pickup, just small dirt and debris which it traps in the filter. The pool sweeper is great entertainment for a retiree with a cup of coffee in the morning.

was reluctant at first but are very pleased with the unit overall. some difficulty with the initial setup/app but have gotten everything worked out and unit is working well. cleans the pool very good, walls, even the steps!
