Outstanding pool cleaner. Pool has never looked so clean. Easy to use, program, charge.
Polaris Freedom 10X better than last Polaris cleaner. Removed algae, leaves, debris etc in one cycle.
I am enjoying the cleaner a lot. However it does not seem to map my pool, so it misses some areas. Still working on it as I have only had it a couple of weeks.

We have an Infiniti edge pool and no cording makes it very easy to move from one pool to the next. Does a great job climbing steps and walls and sunshelf. I've even seen it flip completely upside down and straighten itself out again and keep going..It does cover about 95% of the pool when cleaning but does miss a few areas from time to time. Overall much better than the cleaner I had previously and very easy to use.

Wouldn’t sync with my WiFi right away but customer service knocked it out of the park. Called once, didn’t wait long, was not offshore help, he didn’t have to look up the answer, patient with my ignorance… couldn’t ask for better help, this what customer service should be.
