I have had my Polaris freedom for about a month now, it has performed well. I only gave 4 stars because of the unknown factors of maintenance on the wearable items like the tracks and brushes and obviously concerns over battery longevity. If this cleaner last more than 5 years without battery maintenance i would give 5 stars. Also. this cleaner is fairly heavy when removed from the water. If the user is physically challenged, i would recommend another product.

Easy to set up and it cleans the pool very well. Only call out would be the rebate that was offered, it’s clunky to figure out so no idea if I’m actually Giotto get it.

All in all this is the best robotic pool vacuum cleaner that we've ever had and we've had about six or seven this one goes for a long time it pretty much picks up everything I like how it brings itself to the top wall of the pool when it's time to be taken out or puts itself on top of our step all in all this is one of the best on the market however I just wish that maybe it could get some of the micro particles out of the pool as well but hey this is the best cleaner we've ever had

Love this robot! was looking for an upgrade from my Polaris 280 as i was sick of untangling the hose. Love that the Polaris Freedom is cordless, no hoses, no booster pump needed anymore and scrubs and climbs the walls and tile line easily and completes everything in 2.5 hours. The app is ok but WIFI does not travel under water, so you will lose the connection to the machine, but it will send a notification when the cleaning is completed which is handy, i usually just set a timer for 2.5 hours on my phone and pick it up at th... read more

The Polaris Freedom is very easy to use. I love that it is wifi connected. I have had it for about one month. So far, no complaints.
