The machine is good and efficient. Not sure about the storage guidelines or who to contact.

It's an excellent pool cleaning device. It does a very thorough job and picks up literally everything at the pool bottom. I love the fact that it is cordless!

Doesn't get caught on the drain like others do. Gets even the finest of particles on the bottom of the pool. Very easy to operate. The only thing is that I wish it would park at the water line level. It's kind of heavy to pull up off the bottom when removing it from the pool.

First what is Birdeye? Not sure this will go far. Polaris is working well in the two times we’ve used it. Charging LED lights are different than the book. During the recharge, system just shut off. Not sure why. When I started the charge process again, it charged completely. Jury still out. Cleans well. Time will tell. I have high expectations.

Our Polaris Freedom is easy to use and so much better than having to connect a hose for our old cleaner. Simply put it in the pool and it starts cleaning. Much less to store as well with the small footprint of the charging station. My only issue is that the App looses connection with our WIFI randomly, but the cleaner itself operates just fine without it.
