Poor Material for Polaris OEM product No Stars. This product lasted 7 months and the housing failed. This isn't the first one. It's definitely a quality problem with Polaris OEM materials.

Polaris back flow check valve kit This product failed within 50 days of installation and is an OEM product. It split at the seam of the unit. And since its longer than 30 days I may not be eligible for a free replacement or refund.

Terrible materials Lasted for a 18 months and spit in half. The retaining ring that holds both halves together split along the circumference. I have never seen anything like this from a materials perspective.

Garbage I wasted my money buying this more expensive factory unit. Mine failed after just two seasons of use. I pulled it apart this spring because it wasn't working properly and I found a few problems with the running gear inside. As others have pointed out, the bushing that the paddle wheel axle rides in was wallowed out. Mine wasn't bad enough to cause complete failure, but if it got any worse it would have. Furthermore, the stack of gears on the gear reduction shafts were sloppy enough that the bull gear and/or the reduc... read more
