Great cleaner and treads are a leap forward, however, VERY difficult to get water fo correct using method included in your instructions

Works great for about 2 years. Then you have to start replacing the internal parts like both drive wheels. After replacing almost all internal parts about $160, the cleaner no longer makes it to the tile line. It gets very close but not all the way. I have had this cleaner for 3 years. I also have a 3 yr old pump and filter which was inspected by a pool service and working great. So the cleaner gets enough suction/pressure.

We are please with the vacuum. But...we submitted a rebate and have not heard anything back. Please provide us feedback on the rebate.

I have only had the pool cleaner for roughly a month now. It appears to be doing very well getting to all areas of the pool with the exception of the stairs. I hope the hose hold up as time will tell. Look forward to many years of a clean pool with minimal maintenance required of the cleaner.
