i am still can't use the sweeper properly

Hi Alfredo, We are sorry to hear your cleaner isn’t performing consistently and want to help. We recommend removing the inlet adapter at the bottom of the cleaner to help larger debris pass through. Typically, this helps with any issue. My pool uses a Hayward variable speed pump and it took a little bit of tweaking to get the cleaner to move efficiently. But once I did, So far so good it is working great. It works best at 2300 rpm to 2600 rpm. This lower rpm saves me money by being able to operate my pump during the night. Because at these rpms the pump is very quiet and the cost of electricity is at its lowest too.

The first Polaris didn’t work but we returned it, in store, and the replacement worked as advertised! No issues so far.

cleans the pool well. it still does not get all of debris but it also cant climb to the shelf to clean as it has a slight curve. Im pleased with the product
