This pool cleaner does an amazing job. After six hours or so it covers the majority of my 18000 gallon pool. Climbs the walls up to the waterline. Does not get stuck on the steps. It will not clean steps or shelves but a quick brush handles those areas. My pool drains even look better. Very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend the Polaris Maxx

MAXX has been in use for about 2 weeks. Works well except for the three times it stopped, in the first week, due to the internal"flappers" ( I guess these are the computers that control the direction of the unit) getting out of alignment and causing the unit to stop moving. It was easy enough to fix but shouldn't be happening at all. I have no issues in the last 5 days.
