Easy to operate. There are two issues. My return skimmer basket has the return pipe hole on the side not at the bottom. This makes the set up a little tricker with the 45 degree bend. Also the suction line is at such a high pressure that even adjusting the valve so that the crawler operates at the slowest speed it is still too fast for the recommended speed. I love my new Polaris MAXX pool cleaner, my pool has never looked better and it sweeps at the same time so it's never felt better either, I'm not a fan of sweeping that is a HUGE BONUS!
