Polaris MAXX Suction Pool Cleaner
So far we are very happy with the MAXX. It doesn't need a booster pump and costs about 1/3 of the pressure pool cleaners yet gets up all the dirt, leaves, etc. It is worth noting that the MAXX climbs/cleans the pool walls quite well and emerges above the water level every so often with a lot of noise.

My pool is large so I had to purchase extra hose extensions. It does a great job on cleaning but does quite a bit of random turning causing it to take much longer to clean the entire pool. I’ve learned to just leave it going overnight and getting up to a clean pool the next day. It climbs the walls and does a great job overall. I’ve had a robot cleaner that does not go through the filter and was much pricier. This cleaner does a great job for much less cost.

Cleaner far exceeds what I expected. Long time user of Kreepy Krauly & Polaris Max is much better & doesn’t get stuck in pool at all. Great design on hose connections also. Much easier to put in & take out.

This is the first time we have tried cleaning our pool with an apparatus like this. We are beyond belief how well this works. I have not had to work as hard as I used to because the polaris has done most of the work i used to do. We live in El Paso, Tx and it gets windy often and we end up with a lot of dirt on the bottom of the pool . I use the polaris and it cleans it thourougly.

I’ve had many different pool cleaners over the 25 years and this is the very best. I live in Florida and have NO screen over the pool, so it is always put to the test and passes.
