So far so good. It vaccums really well and goes up the walls. However, it does not clean the stairs. The hoses are made out of plastic that scrapes very easily, I hope they last because I cannot find replacements online. I am waiting for my rebate as well.

Automatic pool cleaners have a difficult time with steps and benches, as they can’t tell if it’s the top of the pool. We recommend regular brushing of the steps, and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool. My old cleaner has internally exposed beatings that would get plugged up by branches and tree leaves. The sealed compartment on the Maxx prevents that from happening. This is a great cleaning system

This is the best pool cleaner I have ever used.My pool has never been cleaner.This pool cleaner can pick up all the debris in the bottom of the pool no problem, and scrub the whole entire pool at the same time.Best investment I’ve made, very happy with it!!!!
