Seems like it spend most of the time in the deep end of pool. It turns way to much. I’ll see it go a foot and turn then go another foot and turn.

We visited Leslie's pools when we decided to upgrade our pool cleaner. The person at the store explained several brands of cleaners, including the Polaris Maxx. We went home, researched on-line and decided on the Polaris Maxx. It is a great unit that keeps our pool floor very clean. We really like the scrubbing motion as it has removed the floor "slickness" we had noticed. Our previous cleaner only had vacuum feature, so it did not clean, just picked up.

I am several weeks into owning and using the Polaris MAXX. Day one, I am really impressed with the effort the pool cleaner is saving me in keeping the pool clean. It does require some babysitting, however. We went away for the weekend and a small stick lodged itself in the intake. No work was done over the weekend, but a few hours later the pool was back to looking clean. So far, it seems like money well spent; we will see how long it lasts for a full review.

If you find your cleaner is getting locked up on occasion, we recommend removing the inlet adapter at the bottom of the cleaner to help larger debris pass through. The Polaris MAXX suction pool cleaner work good, it just will not climb up the side walls. I don't know how to get it to clean the side walls. I am using my pool side suction port.

Pool vacumme works great. Definitely goes in all directions. Only only concern is the scrubbers wearing on my pebble tech pool. Hope they hold up against that rough surface. After a few weeks they seem to be doing ok.
