Awesome cleaner! Highly recommend it. I have my pump schedule set for 2 hours on then 5 minute off 4 times.. 4 scheduled settings total 8 hours on. This ensures that if Maxx gets stuck somewhere the 5 minutes off frees him up and welahhh he's back in business!!! Maxx has been keeping my pool in pristine condition since I put him in. This is the best vaccum I have bought. I had 3 others before. This one cleans the walls and goes all around the pool. Its sturdy enough and I have a granite pool. So far it's working good. I didn't want to buy it because it cost alot, but my pool man wasn't vacuuming the pool so I had to replace him with a machine. Sorry.

After going through a few kreepy krawly pool cleaners over the past 10 years, I upgraded to the Polaris Maxx and couldn't be more pleased. No more trying to get the cleaner to go to the shallow end, no more getting stuck on the drain cover, no more getting stuck on the ladder. This device is more expensive, but not having the headache is well worth it. And my pool has never looked cleaner.
