Polaris P825 works so much better than our previous pool cleaner. The only issue we are having is that it seems to spend far more time in the deep end of our pool, than in the shallow end. We hope to find a fix for that soon. If so, I’ll update this to a 5 star review.
I've used the P825 three times, and it does a great job. I decided on this model due to the three (3) year warranty. Most other models have a shorter warranty, and there're several complaints where the product fails after one year. I know I'll at least get three years out of it, and hoping longer.
I love the Polaris 825! Does everything it says it does.
Is amazing! The way ot picks up everything! I recommend it to anybody that has an in ground pool. It's worth the price.
Our pool cleaner works great! Have not had to clean by hand since we got it the beginning of this season in early May.
I had a polaris YEARS ago which worked well but the back-up process would shoot water and kept damaging a door on back side of house. Purchased a different brand which worked well but required much maintenance. This new Polaris P825 is the best I have used. I am 75 years old and this is so easy to use and move around.
Some said that the cord got tangled but mine has been perfect! It cleans beautifully and is easy to take care of.

Vacuum works very well. Makes life much easier taking care of the pool in the windy desert. Only issue is the cord gets twisted up and requires unplugging from the base and untwisting periodically.

Place only the required length of cable in the water and place the rest on the side of the pool.
