Polaris P825 Robotic Pool Cleaner
About this business
Our previous pool vacuum quit working, and I needed to get our pool cleaned before a family gathering. So I replaced it with the Polaris P825. It picks up debris off the floor good, but it doesn't filter the water like our previous pool vacuum did. So I miss that extra filtering. The basket for the debris is real easy to clean out, so I like that feature. And the cable on the vacuum tangles up more than I would like. Those are the only two things that I don't care for on the Polaris P825.

We want to help with the cord tangling issue you're experiencing, there may be too much cord in the water, and we suggest the following: Do not unravel the entire cable length. Place only the required length of cable in the water and place the rest on the side of the pool. Follow the procedure in "Cord Tangling" in the manual to avoid and correct the tangled cord. The best product I could invest in
This one is great IF you have a pool with no leaves or debris to clean up. It was taking at least 2 cycles to get clean, mainly because the basket is not very big. It works, as promised, to climb the walls but was really disappointed that it can’t handle a small amount of summer leaves.

Very easy to use. like the style.
I love the filter. My previous robot had a bag which wasn’t easy to clean. I do with the Polaris had a tangle free cable, but it actually hasn’t given me any trouble yet. I also like the caddy for moving and storing the robot. My only hope is that we get 3 seasons out of it. Some robots don’t have a long life which is frustrating considering how expensive they are.

We love our Polaris P835 so much we immediately named him and made him an official member of our family! He cleans THOROUGHLY without complaining or whining and he’s built to last. Very happy with our purchase and the quality of this robot. Highly recommend this pool cleaner.
Great experience so far. It does what it should be be doing. I bough it in June & now almost August. I use it 2x/wk works great.
