This is the best pool robot I have owned It is absolutely amazing what this picks up Easy to use, only problem is the customer service I have an issue with a broken locknut that holds the main electrical connection to the panel I have contact Polaris twice with no response Machine works great customer service sucks

Polaris and the robotic cleaner are excellent. However, stay away from Leslies Pools. The cleaner is great but the people at Leslie's are useless!

Great time saving device. Very easy to use and clean. Very helpful with getting most of the pool surfaces clean even with a very uniquely shaped pool. I would highly recommend the Polaris 825.
