I have a fiberglass pool. The robot is slower than my old aquabot. It is easier to clean out the debris. It does not pickup nuts as well as my old one. I have a Hickory tree in the backyard.

Our previous pool vacuum quit working, and I needed to get our pool cleaned before a family gathering. So I replaced it with the Polaris P825. It picks up debris off the floor good, but it doesn't filter the water like our previous pool vacuum did. So I miss that extra filtering. The basket for the debris is real easy to clean out, so I like that feature. And the cable on the vacuum tangles up more than I would like. Those are the only two things that I don't care for on the Polaris P825.

Place only the required length of cable in the water and place the rest on the side of the pool. Follow the procedure in "Cord Tangling" in the manual to avoid and correct the tangled cord. The Polaris is awesome! I wish I would have bought one years ago.
The best product I could invest in
This one is great IF you have a pool with no leaves or debris to clean up. It was taking at least 2 cycles to get clean, mainly because the basket is not very big. It works, as promised, to climb the walls but was really disappointed that it can’t handle a small amount of summer leaves.
