The cleaner works well in picking up debris in the pool. I wish the program would last longer so it wold get to all places in the pool. But I just turn it on for a second or third trip. Also wish it would climb the sidewalls in my pool.. overall very happy with the unit

Just bought this cleaner 2 weeks ago. I was skeptical over the $1000,00 price tag that it would work in my pool as well as the sales pitch. Bottom line, I had 2 weeks to try it and return for a full refund if I was not happy. Sure enough, I threw it in the pool exactly how the instructions stated and "viola" it worked awesome. Tried it a week later and again perfect. The box was in the garbage and the cleaner stayed. This is the best pool robot I have owned It is absolutely amazing what this picks up Easy to use, only problem is the customer service I have an issue with a broken locknut that holds the main electrical connection to the panel I have contact Polaris twice with no response Machine works great customer service sucks

Polaris and the robotic cleaner are excellent. However, stay away from Leslies Pools. The cleaner is great but the people at Leslie's are useless!
