Everything was great. It’s so nice to have this cleaner that I have used versions of since 1983 working so well. I love Polaris because they last for a long time and requires little maintenance over the years.

My dog ate my sweeper. otherwise we would still have our previous machine. Literally she ate it, but I did an amazing machine and that’s why we bought the same to replace.

New out of the box. Float on the cleaner leaked and filled with water, the fitting that goes into the pool wall was defective and had to be replaced !! Had to get the pool man out to fix the problems, other than that it was great.

This is the 3rd Polaris we've bought since we built the pool in 1999. This particular model is a workhorse that keeps on running.

Overall, the vacuum works well. I had some issues with full coverage, but I think it’s resolved. The bag is a bit small and requires frequent and thing, but aside from that function seems good.

I should have bought maybe a Quattro with 4 wheels because the 3 wheel wraps around my handrail all the time. I had a 4 wheel Pentair that didn’t wrap around rails ax much as the 3 wheel.

I have had the same Polaris 280 for 18 years. Had it rebuilt one time. Needed a new one (Parts and the hose wore out.) so my choice was easy because they last a long time. I could not believe how efficient this little cleaner is doing. Just a few minor adjustments to it and it's working like a champ. I recommend this pool cleaner to everyone.
