The Polaris hose always gets tangled up and unconnected from the pressure valve ughhh but it picks up dirt very well. But daily gets tangled and doesn’t move around unless you physically untangle it which is annoying considering I paid so much for it.

The Polaris cleans the pool very well. It gets all of the leaves on the bottom as well as some silt. We are very pleased with the performance of the Polaris.

The Polaris is working great so far - only have had it a month or so. Big misunderstanding on your rebate at the time of purchase. But, thankfully my pool and spa store honored the rebate which you refused to honor.
