Replaces Polaris 280 that had numerous replacement parts over a very extended life. Great satisfaction from the old, and quite certain the new will work superbly. Ideal for my current application.

This is my third Polaris sweep in over 30 years. The product does a tremendous job, works few hours a day and keeps up with tree debris from my yard and the city park's trees. I tried a large robot cleaner for a while and really find it too heavy and cumbersome to use. I like the Polaris, even named him Nicki. Excellent product. I even trouble shoot and make small repairs myself.

It seems to be working fine. When I registered the product on January 13 (my date of purchase), the registration webpage said the product was rebate eligible and no need to fill out a separate rebate form.. Now the webpage says that rebates are for purchases prior to January 1--in a place that I would surely have seen it had it been on the website on January 13.
