The polaris is working very well, but something I don't like is that they promise a rebate and so far it's been a month and I haven't received anything, even if it's an apology for the delay. thank you!

This is my 3rd Polaris. Should have gotten something else this time. Never works correctly after rebuilding and have to purchase a new one. Leaves many areas uncleared for days. I will try something new in about 3-6 years when this one quits.
