Backup valve was faulty and had to be replaced after 1 week; tube float became waterlogged after 2 weeks and had to be replaced. The unit was overpriced and it under-performed; neither are good findings.

I had a Polaris 280 for years and found it to be more productive than this new model. The new one has several times stopped working because of something caught in the wheels or the bag popping off. Not happy so far with this purchase.

Didn’t clean the pool well. Tips over too oven.

We have a few tips to try. 1) Verify the wheel RPM's are in range. 2) Ensure that the head float is not filled with water. 3) Try running the cleaner without the bag and if it fixes the issue then clean the bag with soap and warm water. It keeps floating to the top and getting stuck. This will not climb the pool incline. It is not strong nor powerful.
