I bought the pool cleaner to replace my old Polaris. The new one had an issue with the gears rubbing against the housing. I worked with the pool store, Sky Blue, where I bought it and they confirmed there was a problem and contacted Polaris and got a replacement immediately from you and I am very pleased with how it's working. Thank you for your quick response.

We are very pleased with our Polaris TR36P it does a great job keeping the pool clean and cuts down on our maintenance time. C & D Garcia
Cleans well.
It works well. We had a rayvac previously that we got 25 years out of with replacement parts but sadly we couldn’t get parts anymore so we bought the Polaris in July of this year. The only problem is that we have steps down into the shallow end of our pool and it doesn’t do them or the seat that is in our deep end. It does a great job on the bottom of the pool. I just brush anything from those areas to the bottom. No more vacuuming all of the time.
