It works well. We had a rayvac previously that we got 25 years out of with replacement parts but sadly we couldn’t get parts anymore so we bought the Polaris in July of this year. The only problem is that we have steps down into the shallow end of our pool and it doesn’t do them or the seat that is in our deep end. It does a great job on the bottom of the pool. I just brush anything from those areas to the bottom. No more vacuuming all of the time.

Great product. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks. Does a great job picking up the fine sand particles left behind from brushing new plaster. I love the idea the debris is caught in the bag and not sent into the filter. Should really cut down on backwashing.
It's been a little over a year since since our pool was built and the Polaris TR36P installed. Fortunately we don't get a lot of debris, but what is there the TR36P picks up easily. Initially the tail would frequently get stuck in the intake, but after some adjustments, I was able to reduce instances of this happening. When it does happen, you'll pretty much have to replace the scrubber. I keeps extras on hand. Very reliable, efficient, virtually maintenance. free. I run it about 8 hrs/day and the pool is spotless.
It is a great cleaner.
We have used the handheld tool on our above ground pool, but this one is the best. Just connect it and let it go. We love this sooo much.
I have been using this product for around a year. Since I live in Florida, it is in operation 24-7 for all 12-months. Pool does not have a cage. (1) does a great job of picking up debris (including sand, etc) that it travels over. (2) Although not ideal, it has worked several times with the collection bag very full. (3) Although I have all of Polaris instructions incorporated, it only covers around 1/2 of the pool bottom after two 4-hour runs every day.
