The Cleaner helps when it works but I have to keep helping it. It gets stucked in a corner like the stairs so I have to help it unstucked. The hose keeps getting unhooked, so I have to keep on hooking it up. This Cleaner can be improved by whoever invented it or whoever made it.

Every joint leaks takes me longer to hook it up than it does for me to vacuum it myself

The backwash was fauly and had to be replaced. It now works but hangs up upon itself. It might be because of the cold weather. It doesn't compare with my previous Polaris.

After less than one season it only cleans the deep end. Have to physically move to low end for any cleaning.

Gets stuck all the time. Cordless cleaners are better

Backup valve was faulty and had to be replaced after 1 week; tube float became waterlogged after 2 weeks and had to be replaced. The unit was overpriced and it under-performed; neither are good findings.

I had a Polaris 280 for years and found it to be more productive than this new model. The new one has several times stopped working because of something caught in the wheels or the bag popping off. Not happy so far with this purchase.
