Vigorous and effective but in my 6600-gal, kidney-shaped pool, it keeps tying its hose in knots, even after my pool maintenance man shortened it.
This works leaps and bounds better than my old cleaner

I am a Facility Coordinator for a Swim and Scuba shop. I maintain a 140,000 gallon pool and use two Polaris 280 pressure pool cleaners. I like the Polaris 280 because it does a good job of keeping the pool clean and it is easy to work on and repair when needed.
Haven't had my Polaris but about a Month and a half but keeps our pool crystal clear of any sand, dirt or anything else my kids slip in the pool. I would recommend this to everyone!!
