My Pool Guy Says This is the Best Polaris Model I purchased this model as a replacement of the same model that lasted over 10 years. I had to have our pool guy come and adjust it because initially two of the wheels were grinding and it wasn’t moving well in my pool. But it works great now and does a really good job, especially for the money.

A great, durable unit with a bit of a tricky set-up This is a very good pool vacuum especially for handling day-to-day leaves and debris. I use a different vacuum for heavy leaves when opening the pool. Perfect set-up is a bit tricky. Definitely carefully follow the instructions. The instructions could be better. This unit is our 2nd 280. Our 1st lasted 10 years.
Great utility but not right out of the box Took a bit of tweaking to get it at the right speed and pressure. But now it works great.
Quality I wouldn’t use any other product for my pool.
