Very easy to use I’m 70 years old and had to get my son in law to set everything up on my iPhone but once he did it’s easy to use and retrieve when it’s done Didn’t really want to spend that much money but it will eventually work out

Got this to replace a old cleaner. My old cleaner would not clean the whole pool on first try but with this one it get everything first time! Has no problem on walls and steps and the debris basket filters well and is very easy to clean. Would buy again well worth the money

Straight forward installation. Just used the control panel without setting up blue tooth to make sure it worked. Control Panel functions easy to learn in conjunction with Owners manual. Results so far - a very clean pool. Great.

The product is very good at what is does. That is pick up debris from the bottom of the pool. Unfortunately that was not what I was looking for. I mistakenly thought because the machine has "brushes" they would make contact with the pool liner and help keep algae on the pool walls under control. However, after several email with the support group I learned the "brushes" merely move debris into the canister. They are not supposed to touch the walls. Sign me much poorer but wiser.

If a robot product is no longer climbing well or doesn't seem to be ingesting large debris, the main culprit is usually a clogged debris canister. Carefully rinse the canister after every cycle and periodically use mild soap and a soft brush to dislodge any microscopic debris that may be impeding flow. All the best, Your Polaris Team
