The Polaris works great. It's take a few clearing cycle to clean the pool. Wish it has a feature that can clean the surface.

Overall good experience, no issues with wire tangling. Only issue is that it doesn’t go up on walls all time but very randomly. I have a large 60 feet pool with 4 sitting areas. It doesn’t go up to clean them so I have to do them with brush.

Try thoroughly rinsing the canister after every cycle and periodically use mild soap and a soft brush to dislodge any microscopic debris that may be impeding flow. We hope this helps. Overall happy with the VRX Cleaner. Easy to use app, cleans well in spots it can reach. Pool looks much better than when the old pressure side washer was being used. I'm removing one star for its weak performance cleaning stairs and ledges. There tend to throw it off, and it either skips a ledge altogether, or does not make consistent passes. Overall happy with the product.

It depends on the configuration of your pool as well as the size of the cleaner. A suggestion that will improve pool coverage is to ensure the cleaner cable is entering the pool at the center of the length of the pool and that only the required amount of cable is allowed into the pool.
