We love Pooch Hotel! My dogs are like my kids and it’s crucial they are safe, and happy while we are traveling. My older dog has health issues and it’s especially important she gets her meds and is well attended to. We trust the wonderful people at Pooch Hotel in Norwalk as they are always caring, concerned, and responsible. They take great care of our canines. We feel grateful!
The staff is very good at making us and our dog Shelby feel glad to be there. Shelby loves to go there every week to see her people and dog friends
I was nervous boarding my 10-year old golden retriever, who up to this point had never been “hoteled”. I shouldn’t have worried. Thanks to the great staff and facilities she did fine. Pooch Hotel was great!
Staff was very friendly and made both me and my pooch feel very comfortable! Also Iike that dogs playtime can be viewed w smartphone or PC. Def plan on returning,and would recommend to a friend

Such a great place. My dog looks the cutest she ever has due to the great job they did on her haircut! She smelled so amazing too!!! Very clean environment and what a great and fun place to bring your dog to! I will definitely be using them also for boarding! Best place and great people who take great care of your dogs !!!
I noticed that when I dropped my dogs off at 11:00am there were no dogs playing in downstairs room... And when I picked up at 4:30pm there were no dogs playing in the room? When do they have playtime during the day? A schedule of what the dogs do all day would be nice. What to make sure my dogs were not in their room the whole time they were at pooch
It was wonderful I got a day of errands done and a peaceful evening after Emma spent the day playing with the puppies
make sure dogs always have water. Thumper drinks a lot of water
