I’ve been trusting the fine people of Pooch Hotel with my 15 year old Maltese’s care for a couple of years. I can leave her and know for certain that Molly will receive the finest care. Molly is never nervous when she realizes where she’s going and is very comfortable there. Thank you, Pooch Hotel, for taking such good care of my little girl.

We were having days of extreme cold with snow and I couldn't take Bo for his normal outing. So I started looking for alternatives for Bo. Remembering the great service you provide at Thanking, I decided to try Pooch Hotel for Playtime. I was totally satisfied: great service, fully engage staff; all at a pleasing price. Will definitely be back with Bo. Jim Edwards
The staff is great and is always happy to see us and our dog. Just as important our dog is happy to see them. We bring her once a week so she can run around and play with her dog friends. The two things that keep them from getting five stars is no outside space for the dogs and having them take her for a 20 minute walk costs almost as much as we pay to have her there for the day.
Our dog loves to play but also likes down time too and I feel like PH keeps an eye on all of that. Our dog is also around people all day so having him stay at PH and not feel lonely is important too. PH seems to balance play and rest but also keeps him happy and that is the most important thing. At pick up he seemed content and relaxed so we know he was taken care of! :)
Is there a room to have 15 minutes of 'one-on-one' time that involves retrieving a ball or other tough toy?
Always a wonderful experience for Charlie and Paityn. They always leave so happy and I love that each and every staff member knows who they are. Amazing staff!
Everything was great. Intake and exit is always quick; my dog’s belongings are ready; he had a bath as requested; he was happy and exhausted!
