The staff are are great to work with. Our dog Turbo loves the Pooch Hotel.

Our dog was happy and enjoyed playing with other dogs his size. I feel good about his being able to play most of the day rather than being home alone and comforted knowing that I can check on him from my computer when he is at play. He is much calmer and seems easily satisfied in the evening after a day of play.

All of tge pet room and cages should have camera's. As a per owner I've placed our dog Laila in the presidential suites many of times a d find it to be helpful to see her because while she is in the playroom its hard to identify her. I would add that the camera quality could be better. Thanks, John, Nancy, Anj and Laila
