No call backs hard to contact over charged price
Your staff needs to be much clearer at the onset about your charges! There was a huge mixup when I brought my two dogs last week. It culminated in Pooch having to reimburse me a part of the charges, all due to misinformation! Also, you really should offer a deep discount to this of us with two dogs. It is only fair to the customer. I might use you again, but only if these two items can be addressed before then. Thanks.

Hello Sharon, We truly apologize for the miscommunication with Zach and Neo's previous stay. We originally had Zach and Neo reserved under boarding at our holiday rate. When we converted the stay from boarding to daycare, it caused an error on our end which our overnight staff did not catch. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Was very surprised that dogs never got outside (until I called and paid for “hikes” in the parking lot for them). Our dogs have never stayed in a kennel before - only with dog sitters - and I assumed they would get some outside time, at the very least time to go to the bathroom. The idea of them being forced to relieve themselves indoors is crazy to me and goes against everything they have learned since they were being housebroken. Seems inhumane. My dogs was inside all the time , they pee in the room, someone went there to clean and it was a mop he just rubbed the mop with no a bucket with water to rinse the mop and clean again. He got to the room and throw one of the bed against to the wall and rubbed the mop. The camera wasn’t working durin the day and l didn’t see if my dogs was taken out or they just stay there with no waking. I trusted your business to care for my pet while I was away. When I return I find a bill for over $400.00 for vet bill and a billed for over $200.00 for my pets stay after my pet was bitten by another dog while under you care. Find that to be very irresponsible on your part.
Dogs were separated due to a “previous incident” in a past visit that was never brought to our attention- I had to call numerous times with questions when viewing their room...you charge a lot of money for little in return...dogs came home nervous and lethargic - not their usual happy temperaments
