The Pooch Hotel in Norwalk is fine if nothing goes wrong with your dog while it is there. We've used them for about 3 years for daycare and boarding. Usually our dog came back tired and happy, and the staff for the most part was pleasant and seemed to care about the animals. However, there have been 3 times that our dog has been injured while in their care that we did not receive prompt and accurate notification for. Logging into the website to view the dog cam was a bit glitchy at times for my iPhone. Some of the play areas aren’t 100% viewable in their entirety from dog cams so although my dog was there if she sat or hung out in that area we were unable to see her.

Never will I ever go back to this run down establishment. My dog went for dog camp here about two to three times a week for the past month. Today I went and brought her this morning before work and came back after work hoping to grab her and go. Everything took a turn for the worst and seems as though they could not locate my dog.
