My dogs really enjoy going to the pooch. They are treated with love and kindness by the staff, and always have fun with the other dogs. It's important to me that my dogs are looked after by people who care. The staff at the pooch in Norwalk are simply the best people.

Lion, I think enjoys staying at the Pooch Hotel. Most everyone knows him there and comes home with lots of energy! It's great!

Our Boxer Samantha can't get inside fast enough when we arrive and is always very happy when we pick her up. All of the staff there are truly dog lovers. Makes us very comfortable when we are away.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I never worry about my dog while he is in their care. He is always happy to be dropped off for daycare so I would say he likes it there too! The playrooms are clean and the web cams are a nice perk.

Best in the business. Reliable with an outstanding, caring, and attentive staff. Every dog is treated like it's their own. Great with daycare and grooming - recently switched to them for grooming from another provider. Never feel a moment of hesitation sending my dog there.

I like and trust Pooch hotel and their staff have always gone above and beyond for our pup and family. As an example, when I had an extremely young infant, lugging him from the car into the facility while struggling with a very hyper beagle on a leash at the same time was not the most fun (especially during the winter). So the staff began walking my dog out to the car whenever they noticed that I had my son with me.
