I always look forward to my phone calls with Ted! Ted and everybody at PMRS are professional, friendly, and communicative. They're rate of return is more than any other refining service in the states, and their turnaround time is quick! I'll be continuing to work with PMRS for years to come and recommend them to everybody in the industry.
I've used other companies in the past to process precious metal but none of them processed as fast as PMRS or gave as high a payout. Customer service is outstanding. I won't use any other company and refer anyone who asks to PMRS.
I had a really easy, professional and very positive experience with PMRS. Ted, the very professional, patient and efficient fellow you deal with is easy to work with. He follows up on every question you might have and sends you whatever you need to send in your materials. They provide Fed Ex shipping at no cost to you, boxes, containers for your materials and shipping labels. They even make the arrangement for the pick up. I highly recommend PMRS. My contact Ted Isham flawlessly explained the process from start to finish; everything went just as he said it would. We sent our metal out on a Tuesday and had the check mailed out to me the following Monday.
