As a first time user I was walked through each of the steps. I was kept informed from shipment to payment. Something that is missed in most businesses today is communication. PMRS is a refreshing change.
Best customer service and value!!! Ted was extremely communicative every step of the process, from letting me know the metal was received, to possible percentage of what was good and then the actual dollar amount. He explained the hows and why’s for the amount of recyclable metal. Extra bonus, just all around nice person.
