My horror story with PMRS refinery: Sorry this is a long story. I received my shipping containers and was in the process of removing my stones when the customer service rep (John Yurik) called wanting to schedule a pick up time. I told him what I was doing and he assured me they would remove genuine stones and they would be sent back to me. (No mention of how they were to be bagged). We received a 5 gallon bucket with 140 ozt mixed metal. The paperwork was blank. It clearly asks customer to weigh and separate each material by metal type. Silver plate is not a listed type that we accept. We have photos of everything. We called customer and were told that it was silver and to proceed. It assayed as silver plate. Once asked to look for gold in the lot, it was assayed for gold, and customer was paid for the gold, within 7 days of our receipt of material.
