Worked with Ted Isham at PMRS. As an Optician I had many old gold filled optical frames to be refined. Ted walked me through the process and made it very easy. He is knowledgeable and won’t lead you wrong . If you have more than 10 ounces of gold ( about 45-50 frames) contact Ted. You won’t be disappointed. Gordon Wicke, Ct Licensed Optician retired
Ted was great to work with and walked me through the whole process. The only surprise was how much I received back for my silver scrap! I would recommend these guys to anyone that I know who has scrap to turn in!
As a small jeweler, I had a great experience with Ted Isham at PMRS. He responded quickly and personally to all my questions, the turn around was quick, and the process was easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking to recycle their scrap.

Finding a new refiner can be a daunting process; my old one went out of business a year ago. Ted Isham made it a rewarding experience, providing me with containers, instructions and in short order a check for the silver I sent in. I'm an artistic silversmith and I appreciated the time he spent getting me set up.
