As a long time accredited investor I've dealt with several of the biggest SDIRA custodians and can say PTC is absolutely THE BEST by a long shot. PTC is the firm I use for ALL my active accounts because their client service folks are the most capable and attentive in dealing with ALTERNATIVE ASSET providers. Generally transactions book perfectly but a recent 3-party mix-up got weirdly convoluted and was timely solved by PTC's Alysia B.

Was very concerned about my current fees, , but Alysia took the time to explain the transaction report. She also told me the fees are normally deducted at end of Jan. Each year.
