I HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO SPEAK TO ANYONE IN THE ACCOUNT SERVICES DEPARTMENT; HAVE PHONED SEVERAL TIMES AND LEFT APPROPRIATE MESSAGES FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS. IF I CANNOT SPEAK TO SOMEONE WITHIN THE 48 HOURS I WILL MOVE MY FUNDS IMMEDIATELY
Do not like the forms that need to be filled out and emailed back. Should be able to take in info. electronically online without having to PDF everything and then email it back. Otherwise it was a descent experience

I have a terrible time with your encrypted messages. If the message is encrypted, I simply can’t open it. It becomes very exasperating when you’re under the gun to get a current statement to a lending institution, for example. There is seldom anyone to talk to in person. I almost always have to wait for a call back for help, which sometimes doesn’t come for hours.
I am happy to be terminating my relationship with PTC.
Faster access to a live person. And respectful support of the problem to resolve sans attitude and the courtesy of a professional "goodbye" or something other than just hanging up on the client after the conversation would expected.
