I have been a client at PTC for over 5 years. They made the transfer process very easy and helped with some issues I was having with my previous custodian. The online client portal is easy to manage and see your investments. If you need any specific forms for investments, distributions, contributions etc. you can easily find them on their website. Do not like the forms that need to be filled out and emailed back. Should be able to take in info. electronically online without having to PDF everything and then email it back. Otherwise it was a descent experience
