I have a terrible time with your encrypted messages. If the message is encrypted, I simply can’t open it. It becomes very exasperating when you’re under the gun to get a current statement to a lending institution, for example. There is seldom anyone to talk to in person. I almost always have to wait for a call back for help, which sometimes doesn’t come for hours.
I am happy to be terminating my relationship with PTC.
Faster access to a live person. And respectful support of the problem to resolve sans attitude and the courtesy of a professional "goodbye" or something other than just hanging up on the client after the conversation would expected.

The fees from Priority Gold and preferred trust was way to much. I lost so much money, didn't make any at all at a time when stocks and gold was up. Of course the selling broker made it sound so good. Of course in reality he had me buy when gold was expensive at an all time high. But didn't mention that. I understand about buyer beware, but I guess I wrongly assumed the company had my best interest in mind but that was last on the Priority list.
